Has over 35 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering and Building Industry, working in the United Kingdom and Caribbean region, dealing mainly in project management, cost control, estimating and quantity surveying. A Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and a Chartered Construction Manager.  He is founding member of Smart Construction Management Limited, a construction management company that works closely with alliance partners and offers a full range of construction expertise.
