5 key members of the Avata team attended a most informative lunch meeting put on jointly by Cayman Society of Architects Surveyors and Engineers and Cayman Islands Facility Management Association on 22nd April at the ALT boardroom. Some 55 facility management attended the event which included an excellent presentation by the Chief Facility Manager for the Dart Organisation providing practical commentary on facility management problems that could easily be avoided by discussions at the design stage between architects and facility managers, thereby saving significant ongoing expenditure during the life of the project.
