AVATA bring extensive knowledge of Strata Bye-Laws and the enforcement of their requirements in their day to day management including the calculation of the budget and its monitoring and collection of strata fees from owners, including any delinquencies.
AVATA will manage the AGM process for the Strata Corporation including calling the meeting, preparing the agenda with the EXCO, presenting the Annual Management Report with financials and budget to expenditure comparables, take and circulate minutes etc.
AVATA inspects each property weekly and provides a detailed monthly report including both maintenance and financial matters to EXCO to ensure both management and the executive are fully informed at all times, and any appropriate action can be taken in a timely manner.
