Eddie inspects all community spaces daily to identify problems with litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns. He conducts repairs for plumbing, electrical and safety systems in tenants’ units as required and ensures the parking lot and sidewalks are free from litter and debris.

Eddie maintain sprinkler systems and trash receptacles on the premises on strata’s and commercial buildings.

He also ensures that pools are kept properly topped up with water and clear of debris.

He inspects and test the performance of in-unit appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens, and coffee maker and responds to requests from property managers and maintenance services as needed.

Eddie is a very reliable handyman, who prides himself in getting the job done properly.
