It is refreshing to know that the management of Careenage have a dedicated handyman for various jobs that are typically hard to secure extra hands for.  Mr Eddie was very responsive to our calls and showed up on time for the days and times requested and acted in a professional and timely manner.  It was a pleasure dealing with Mr Eddie.

In the short time Avata have been with us we have already seen vast improvements, including an initiative to tidy the complex, building repairs, reducing costs and overall management of this large complex.  They are quick to respond to matters and are always helpful and polite.

Avata has been managing the Strata since 2019 and has been attentive to our needs. Their proactive management style makes it a company that is a pleasure to deal with. The monthly reports provided by then are very informative and keep the EXCO up to date and abreast of potential issues that may arise. 

The accounting services provided are excellent and delinquent accounts are swiftly addressed. Avata has been very pro-active in dealing with owner's issues and all were resolved to the owner's satisfaction. We own multiple investment properties both in Cayman and worldwide as well as engaging in property development. One of our properties is at Ocean Club where we personally moved after selling our oceanfront home in Prospect Point Road. It was a breath of fresh air o see the professionalism, expertise and attention to detail that Avata brought to the property.

I am a member of the Executive Committee for the Careenage Apartments, a waterfront complex comprising 44 units located in Grand Harbour. The units are a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Avata have managed the property since 2011 and have done an excellent job in maintaining the property. They have managed the accounts and fee payments efficiently and have been proactive in addressing delinquent accounts. Their use of an outsourced accountant has been beneficial and gives the EXCO satisfaction that the accounts are being handled by an external chartered accountant. They have prepared a life cycle report to guide the Exco on major issues and lifespans of critical areas of the development so that we are able to manage our financial resources efficiently and plan for future large projects and future investments that will be needed. The Avata team are friendly and responsive and have an engineer on their staff has helped the Strata in reviewing and addressing any structural issues. I have no hesitation in recommending Avata

Genesis is a  30,000 sq ft office complex of 5 stories in central George Town with multiple tenants.

It requires a professional proactive service look after those tenants as well as maintaining the physical plant as well as providing accurate and timely accounting to the strata ownership.
